when i wanna do really bold make up like that i put pencil eyeliner on first then i use a good liquid eyeliner. i found body shop the best option. if you want it to stay. it might sound weird but spray a little hair spray onto your face (eyes shut, and keep them shut for a further 10 seconds so they dont sting)Tips for doing mod eye makeup?
Apply liquid eyeliner, then apply a black eyeshadow. (if you want it REALLY drastic you can apply the eyeliner instead of the eyeshadow). Then apply mascara for that second picture look.
