You should use the opposite color, which is orange. But orange isn't very practical so browns are best for blue eyes. Using blue eyeshadow won't make them stand out as much.Best eye makeup for blue eyes!?
k one of my modeling friends is doing this magazine add with me and she's got blue eyes, i told her to use definalash by maybelline new york; use their lengthening or volume mascara, and their black eye liner. for eye shadow browns and tans. it totally popped out her eyes for the photo! it was HOT sista! i would totally recommend it. i have dark brown eyes and brown hair so i use a little bit different stuff, but that should totally look Hot with your blue eyes. hope that works!
i have blue eyes too and all i use is covergirl expresso eyeliner to top and bottom and the chiffon pink eyeshadow. and then do ur eyelashes really good. definately go with covergirl tho!!

anything blue will make your eyes look green, that includes clothing. try to wear whites, blacks, browns, greys, etc..
Try using a pallete of blues and grays in your makeup..... like various blue eyeshadows layered and then gray eyeliner. Finish with lengthening Black mascara.
