I need detailed help on eye makeup???

I have to go to a party.





My dress is yellow and bright carribean blue with silver embroidery everywhere.





I wanna do some really nice eye makeup maybe like a smoky eye or something.....?





i dont wanna put too much makeup and make it look too fancy.





help?








and im new to this makeup stuff so i need very detailed instruction and stuff.

If you're wearing a Yellow Dress then you want to have people pay more attention to the dress right? if thats the case play up the eyes by sticking with a natural look. a conceler matching your skin tone, a shade darker on your eyes in the crease with a creamy color on he lids. blend it out to the highlighter, vanilla color maybe or gold, near the brow line. There's a lot of styles you can do, it all depends on what effect you want to have on the audience.
