i have dirty blonde hair with platinum highlights


fair skin


and gray eyes that sometimes look green





ive tried black eyeliner on the top lid on both half way all the combos and it just doesnt go, the only thing that looks good is liquid eyeliner when i do the wings on the ends but im getting tired of itBest eye makeup for my type?

*Minx and Radium should also look good, since the blues would flatter your grey/greens. If you want more drama, try UD's glitter liners.

To apply eyeliner, pull the corner of your eye gently. Draw a straight line on the upper lash starting from the inside corner outwards. If you have small eyes and would like to make them look bigger, apply liner thinnest from the corner of your eye... By using the eye liner your eyes are getting bright so that it get attraction.. If you have close-set eyes, line the outer third of your upper lids with dark tones like black or gray.
if you have pale skin (but it works with any skin tone really), black eyeliner thin/medium thickness line applied on the upper eyelid %26amp; thinly applied under the eye gives a nice sort of contrast around the eyes %26amp; makes them stand out from the rest of your face.
