a good thing to do is go to your fav hair stylist.....and have them do your make up..usually u can also buy the makeup but u don't have to. When they do it they take into consideration your features and do the best for them...its usually about $50.00 and a feel good thing to do plus then u have a gorgeous look for a night to go out with...plus all the ideas and colors you ll need for a few looks....there's allot o things to learn about doing makeup and they have gone to school for it...good luckO 0

ooh i know. use a colored liquid eyeliner in blue or purple, line the upper lids and fill in the bottom rim with black pencil. Then use a more neutral eyeshadow. But only do that if you are more outgoing with your looks. I have a purple eyeliner i use sometimes.

what i like to do is wear black eyeliner, black mascara, and black eyeshadow on my eyelids, and under my eyes.
I work for Clinique and what I like to do with my eyes to make them ';dramatic'; is put the light shade all over the eye right up to under the brow and then in the crease of the eye and up i use the dark shadow with a lighter accent under the brow again. So dark on top but light on the bottom with a dark eyeliner on the lid and under the eye and of course black mascara.
go to the nearest Sephora or MAC counter. i use the Diorshow Unlimited Blue mascara which really brings out the blue and u can use a blue fluidline from MAC. that's a really cool look. ^_^
