Id look up blue eye celebrites like angelina jolie, jennifer anniston, vanessa williams etc. and look at their makeup.Pretty eye makeup for blue eyed people?
You don't want to drown the natural beauty of your eye color with too much chaos going on your eyelid. I highly suggest investing in coppers, light browns and peaches using darker shades of those colors to create more drama. As for your eyelashes, a thin (repeat, THIN) line of dark brown liquid eye liner will open your eye more, as well as create the look of a thicker lash. Under your lower lashes smudge a thin line of brown pencil to achieve a greater smoky, yet still classy, dressed up eye.

If you are inexperienced with liquid liner practice a little! If you purchase Almay's 18 hour liquid liner in dark brown you'll easily be able to clean up the bumps creating a more straight line using just a moist q-tip.

Have fun experimenting!
Yeah deff. youtube it. You can get the smokey eyed look from there! I think that black eyeshadow is alright. Its not trashy. I would wear black eyeliner instead though on your top lid because it looks just as good as the shadow if not better! And you can make a thin or thick line. You should get a mascara to put on your eyelashes. It will make them look thicker and fuller. Good luck!
id do a light frosty color as a base maybe a soft silver to make your eyes pop. then a darker grey as a crease color, since you dont want to over do it with the black. black looks very good if it is blended well. do a nice black eyeliner and a coat of mascara.

practice makes perfect brushes do aswell =]
youtube.com type in smokey eye look and there are tons of videos from dramatic smokey to green smokey to neutral smokey.
you should try a bronze version of the smokey eye bronze colors look really pretty with blue eyes
