well, i have light brown hair and bright blue eyes also i have really dark, long eyelashes so i dont wear mascara. I want something not too dramatic because im only 16. What colors should i pick or blend for eyeshadows and eyelinersEye makeup Helpp PLEASE?

NO! Don't do blue anything for blue eyes. It competes with your eye color and that's all people will see. Grays and bronze or light brown for Eyeliner. You can do black mascara but go and get this ';Natural Look'; stuff... I think its by Maybeline or Loreal...but its at Target so its easy to find. It will comb out your lashes and make them look better, but not dramatic.
Orange or brown eyeshadow makes blue and green eyes appear brighter :] you could always blend it with a bit of brown or justbrown for a more natural look
Dark brown....focus on brown, brown, brown. It will look stunning with your blue eyes and make your FACE pop, not your makeup.
to blend nicely use a blue eyeliner and purplish eyeshadows and a lil eye lash curler would not hurt either
