Korean celebrity's eye-makeup?

I saw Beethoven Virus a few weeks ago and saw the main character girl had this glitter under eye-liner on her eyes during the concerts. It was very faint but it looked really pretty. I also saw SNSD with ';under-eye-liner glitter'; during some of their concerts. It was clear but glittery and shiny.

What is this make-up tool? I want to try it out. :)Korean celebrity's eye-makeup?
OH! I love korean makeup techniques!

In Asia, a lot of celebs use a white creamy eyeliner. The name varies from place to place, but over there it's called a ';shimmer stick';. Taiwan is also famous for it, as well as Japan.

It's similar to just plain white eyeliner in the US, and you can find that at drugstores and cosmetic counters. The only difference is, the ones in Asia are a lot creamier and easier to apply.

Urban Decay has a white eyeliner, called Yeyo, and it'll give you a similar effect.

All they do is take the shimmerstick and apply it to their waterline. Some people start from their tearducts and line their entire waterline, and some line it only halfway. This makes the illusion of a larger eye.

There's a brand in Asia that is marketed towards more teens (i love it! everything there's so cutesy) called Etude House. They carry a shimmer stick, but their product is called a ';shine up stick';

this is what it looks like:
