Eye makeup help plz?

I have brown hair and dark brown eyes i want them to look light meaning i want the brown to stand out not look dark. what eyeliner could i wear everyday i wear bright colours like yellow red green. plz help wt eyeshadow. i do have bit of under eye so is black the best eyeliner to make my eyes look light brown and if i wear it at the bottom will it make my under eye look even darker plz help meEye makeup help plz?
Try purple. It makes the brown come out. Pair it with purple eyeliner. It sounds so 70's, but I have brown hair and eyes and it really makes them pop!Eye makeup help plz?
I would suggest using just a plain black eyeliner, wearing it either on just the top or top and bottom. If you don't want your eyes to look dark, then don't put any on the bottom. For eyeshadow, I would suggest a shimmer creamish champagne color. It looks gorgeous! Light pink shimmers work best too. Good Luck!
I have the same eye color as you and had the same issue...try plum colored eyeliner...it looks good but isn't too harsh for us brown-eyed girls...try www.eyeslipsface.com for inexpensive eyeliners ($1! ^_^)! They are awesomely good, I swear!
i have extremely dark green [almost extremely dark brown eyes] i use normal black eyeliner %26amp; this really pretty peachy-gold eyeshadow very lightly on my eyelid. its so inexpensive too ! $5 at victorias secret OR 2 for $7 !

I agree with Mads; leave off the bottom eyeliner. Or be sure to use a softer, lighter color if you do use bottom eyeliner.
