Help for a party! eye makeup and hair help?

heya guys well im invited 2 1 of my best friends party and its kindda really big with like the whole of my year in school going! ive got my dress its short,black,tiny dots on it,bow on front,with a pink flower sort of pattern on the bottom and it a pouf ball dress ( flares out at bottom) and the shoes :black pumps with sparkles on them. but the thing is i really dont know what 2 do with my hair it looks like this :http://images.scotsman.com/2006/06/27/2706bilb.jpg but a bit longer ( thanks billie piper lol) sooo any ideas ( pics would be fab!) would be great and i got 2 barry m dazzle dusts a lavender 1 and a really sparkley pink but some ideas on how 2 make it look great (pics 2 plz! lol) plz help every1 thanks xxxHelp for a party! eye makeup and hair help?
I would do a few curls on top and throughout your hair, keeping your hair parted, and maybe pinning your bangs to the side with a pink bobby-pin or even a black/brown one. As for your makeup, liquid eyeliner on your eyelid looks really sharp. Drag the tip out a little from the outer corner of each eye. Put some eyeliner on the bottom. Brush the pink across your eyelid after your eyeliner dries. Make it really shimmery and noticeable in your eye crease, then sweep a little of it up to your eyebrow to make it shimmer. Put a little bit of eyeshadow from the corner of your eye along your bottom along the eyeliner. If you have sparkles then sprinkle a few on the eyeshadow. Put a lot of black mascara on after that. try a new look, like cut your bangs and do the little box thing with the clips
wear it down and curl it into loose curls witha curling iron. do light pink and white shimmery eyeshadow, with black eyeliner, only on the bottom lid.
