Under eye makeup, concealer?

I use Maybelline dream matte mouse foundation sometimes and its 03 sand, now i get dark circles under my eyes, an i know i'm supposed to use one shade lighter then the foundation, would i use dream matte mouse concealer 02 natural?Under eye makeup, concealer?
For your under eyes, pick a concealer that's about 2-3 shades lighter than your normal foundation shade. I prefer to put concealer on AFTER I have applied foundation so I know how much coverage I actually need.Under eye makeup, concealer?

I would just use a concealer stick under your eyes that is really light and just just your 03 over it.
