Hazel eyes are really pretty anyway...but to bring out the color more..you need colors like plum...and browns...Try putting a light plum/purple on your lids..and then putting a coordinating darker color just about the crease above the lids. You can do the same with brown tones. You can also add plum/purple/raisin eyeliner for a more contrasting affect. eye shadows: brown, pink, purple, green, and blue look amazing.
Eyeliner: black or brown, or Violet and sometimes blue.
mascara:brown
p.s. Sparkle eye shadow looks really good, it makes your eyes twinkle.
