i LOVE Maybelline New York in 20 Velvet Crush. it has 4 different shades of purple and each shade is for a specific place ie: lid, crease, outer corner, and brow bone. it is shimmery but not sparkly (i find sparkles are messy and end up on my cheeks). i think purple shades would look very nice with blue eyes :)
Try a copper color for your lid, a brown color for the crease in your eye lid and then a tan color for the brow line, apply brown eye liner only on bottom if u have not a lot of eye lid space. Then apply either brown or black mascara. Loriel has a product specificly for blue eyes that has all three colors i just suggested to you.. you can get it at wal mart for like less than 8 dollars.
Gold eyeshadow looks pretty on blue eyes.
shades of brown compliment blue eyes. MAC has really nice pigmented shadows.I have blue eyes too :)
I have blue eyes too!!! You can never go wrong with a chocolate brown. Also a darkish gold but, it can clash with some pinkish skin tones. Only try to wear blue to line your eyes or else it can look cheesy
