oh, hnoey, thats easy... ok, first, she has fake eye lashes on, you can buy those at walmart for like 5.00. then she took black liquid eye liner and curved it up all the way around the bottom of ther lid until the side of her lid, and u can take white eye shadow and put it right under your eye brow and in the corner of your eyes for more.. shine.How to do my eye makeup like this?
first apply a white shadow under the brow and the little indent thing by the bridge of your nose.


then take a Liquid eye liner, and do one neat sweep on your lid as close as you can get to your lash line.





btw. liquid eye liner is very tricky, it may take practice.

Go to youtube and put it in the search, they have videos showing you how to do it.
Liquid eyeliner. Just use it to line the top lash line and curve it up a little on the ends. And then use light pink eyeshadow for the lids.
